Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on beautychard.com.

1. 14-Day Return Period (EU Consumers)

In line with EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• The original seal, packaging, labels, and inserts must be intact.
• Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, once cosmetic or personal care products have been opened, unsealed, or tested, they cannot be returned.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (€0.00).
• Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the costs.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
• If you wish to exchange an unopened product for a different one, please follow the 14-day return process and place a new order.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@beautychard.com within 14 days. Please include your name and order number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@beautychard.com as soon as possible(ideally within 48 hours) with supporting photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: We process refunds within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

7. European Union Cooling-Off Period

EU law grants a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. However, this does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery due to health and hygiene protection reasons.
