Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship to all European Union countries. Shipping is free on all EU orders.
Orders are fulfilled using Shopify Order Management and shipped via PostNL.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EET) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Handling (Processing) Time
Our handling time is up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
3.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery within the European Union typically takes up to 10 business days via PostNL.
4.
Shipping Costs & Fees
• Shipping Cost: FREE for all EU countries.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
5.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email automatically once your order has been dispatched.
6.
Customs & VAT
All shipments are within the EU; no customs duties apply. Prices include VAT.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, insufficient information, or failure to collect the parcel, a flat reshipping fee of 15 EUR will apply to send the package a second time.
